The State University Construction Fund is committed to providing equivalent access to its Web site to people with disabilities. In designing pages, we consult the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Accessibility Guidelines and use the NYS Validation Tool to review pages. SUCF continues its efforts to provide HTML or text version for its PDF documents.

The documents offered within the suny.edu domain utilize multiple file formats. Below is a chart that will help you identify which software downloads are needed to view different file extensions. Document Files

	Adobe Reader (.pdf) For viewing and printing PDF documents.
	Microsoft Word Viewer (.doc, .docx) For viewing, printing and copying Word documents without having Microsoft Word installed. It replaces Word Viewer 2003 and previous versions.
	Microsoft Excel Viewer (.xls, .xlsx) For viewing and printing Excel workbooks without having Microsoft Excel installed. It replaces Excel Viewer 97 and previous versions.
	Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer (.ppt, .pptx) For viewing full-featured presentations created in PowerPoint 97 and later versions.

Multimedia Files

Adobe Flash Player (.flv) For viewing Flash-based multimedia files, such as YouTube videos.
