The State University Construction Fund is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Offeror's interested in submitting proposals for the Project, a design-build project. The design-build work to be done consists of providing design, engineering, Asbestos abatement design, surveying, landscape architecture, geotechnical, geological, and other design services required to achieve the performance requirements for the Project; and performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all Materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient to replace five (5) existing Campus feeders with 15 kV rated 350 kcmil cables, replace building switches with 15 kV rated switches, replace the building transformers with dual primary 5/15 kV rated transformers, provide new ductbank to replace and enhance portions of the existing system, and related site and building restoration.
