The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Renovate Algonquin Dining Hall for Admissions project at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Algonquin Dining Hall, constructed in 1972, is a 23,632 GSF, 1.5 story building that previously provided food service however, it is currently not in use. The Project will renovate the building to serve the needs of Admissions. The project will provide a comprehensive interior renovation of 20,552 GSF (without Housing Administration) of Algonquin Dining Hall that includes replacement of all interior finishes and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems as well as exterior improvements including roof replacement, minor exterior brick repair, and exterior flatwork and landscaping. The Project includes the removal of hazardous materials and will provide upgrades to meet current code and ADA requirements. The construction value is estimated at approximately $13,773,000.
