The Study shall consist of five phases and are as follows: • Phase I: Campus Profile: The selected Consultant should include information on the campus' historical background, academic and strategic mission, statistical data and its facilities and grounds. • Phase II: Assessment of Existing Conditions, Update: The selected Consultant shall assess the physical and operating condition of the campus facilities and grounds. • Phase III: Analysis of Space Needs: The selected Consultant shall compile and analyze the current and future programmatic needs of the Campus. This includes comparing the calculated requirements (based on SUNY and industry standards) with current space utilization and evaluating the ability of the existing space inventory to accommodate those needs. • Phase IV: Provide Facilities Master Plan Concept Alternatives: The selected Consultant should provide three concept alternatives for the Facilities Master Plan using the information collected in the first three Phases. • Phase V: Provide Facilities Master Plan Final Recommendation: The selected Consultant shall address comments and issues raised by the stakeholders related to the Phase IV concept alternatives to develop a Final Campus-Preferred Option for the Facilities Master Plan. The selected Consultant shall provide a thorough compilation of information aimed at offering a detailed vision for the next ten years.
