The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Waterproof Champlin Hall Basement and Improve Site Accessibility project at the State University of New York, College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill. The Project is to reconstruct a portion of public walkway north of Champlin Hall to allow for accessibility and prevent water intrusion into the basement of Champlin Hall. Site drainage structures, retaining walls, and site lighting are included in the scope of work. Relocation/coordination with existing underground utilities is required. Replacement of doors and upgrades at entrances to Champlin Hall to meet ADA requirements are included. The Project also includes the survey of hazardous materials and, if present, their removal.
