The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide Construction Management (CM) Services via a backdrop Construction Manager Term Agreement. Potential services under this CM Term Agreement would be provided at SUNY campuses located in the North Region in the following counties:Albany, Allegany, Broome, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Chenango, Clinton, Columbia, Cortland, Delaware, Erie, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Genesee, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Montgomery, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario Orleans, Oswego, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Schuyler, Seneca, St. Lawrence, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates. Submissions should emphasize the firm’s significant past experience in providing specifically defined and varied construction management services for small to medium sized projects, on an as needed basis, for public institutions and institutional clients in a complete, effective and expeditious manner.
