The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide Construction Management (CM) Services via a backdrop Construction Manager Term Agreement. Potential services under this CM Term Agreement would be provided at SUNY campuses located in the South Region in the following counties: Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester.
