Integrity Hotline

As part of its Corporate Integrity Program, the Fund operates an Integrity Hotline 24-hours a day, seven-days a week. If you have knowledge of or suspect fraudulent, unethical, or other misconduct on a Fund project or otherwise relating to the Fund, please call the Hotline at (518) 320-1290. All calls will be received and reviewed by the Corporate Integrity Officer and/or their designee. Calls can be made anonymously or on a confidential basis. Anonymous callers are encouraged to provide sufficient detail to permit investigation of the reported concern. The identity of callers will be protected to the fullest extent possible consistent with a thorough investigation and applicable law. Pursuant to applicable law, individuals and/or entities reporting concerns through the Hotline shall not be subject to any retaliatory action by the Fund or any of its officers or employees.
