Term Agreement Program

The use of Term Agreements enables the Fund to expeditiously assign consultants to provide various services for projects. The Architectural, Engineering and Site, Civil and Infrastructure Services Term Agreements, are typically utilized for design projects with an estimated construction value of $15 Million or less.
